Shipping and Returns
Returns are eligible for store credit within 30 days of delivery date. Returns past 30 days will not be accepted and sent back at the customers expense. Final sale items (marked down merchandise) cannot be returned or refunded. If the items appear to have been worn, altered, or tags have been removed we will not accept the item and will be returned at the customer’s expense. To complete your return, your invoice is required. Complete our Return Information form by checking the box your reason for return and including this with your returning item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your item is received and inspected, you will receive an email that will notify you if we have approved or rejected your return. Upon approval you will receive an email with a code for store credit in the original amount of you item(s).
Orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Willow Creek offers free shipping on orders over $75.
